KT Training and Development in Aesthetic Medicine
As a training company KT always endeavour to continuously improve the training experience based on our candidate’s feedback without reducing the quality of the course. Initially the Starting a Cosmetic and Clinic Development aspect was a complimentary lecture at the end of the 1 day course. This would sometimes last up to 3 hours as many attended and benefited from the sessions. Even though the knowledge and information was very appreciated the audience was a little exhausted. We felt after a long day practicing the candidates would benefit from the same level of support in this area, but delivered in a more convenient and relaxed way to ensure a full understanding of this subject.
To achieve this KT Training developed the Clinic Start Up guide as e learning modules and also introduced complimentary live web lectures, this enable our candidates to learn about clinic start up, research options, plan and structure their clinic start up at their own convenience, from the comfort of home or their office.
When a course place has been confirmed you will be sent information about your free online courses plus the invitation to the live, interactive seminar. Log in review the modules and complete the tests.
After many successful web seminars and hundreds of medical professionals completing the online clinic start up, KT introduced the core knowledge modules. These online modules were created for candidates to review some of the theory elements of the 1 day course, before or even after attendance. These modules have verifiable CPD points approved, and have since developed in to comprehensive theory modules for each procedure.
Botulinum Toxins and Filler Combined Courses
Due to economic and time constraints many medical professionals may choose to attend a 1 day combined botox and dermal filler course which would include the lecture and demonstrations. Due to the limited amount of time dedicated to learning and or injecting each procedure many attendees will not feel confident and then choose to attend a more extensive course which eventually did not save any time or money.
Traditional Botox and Dermal Filler Training
The classroom lecture on the training day takes approximately 2-3 hours, on completion of the lecture candidates will view a demonstration with the lead trainer and after lunch your practical injection training will start.
Combined Course Option
With the improved communications, internet and the years of developing the KT Training online learning mediums, the time is right to introduce this option along with the traditional classroom structure.
Online Theory and Pre Course
With this option candidates must complete the full theory lecture for each procedure before attending the practical session. Candidates will also have a review and assessment on the day before injecting on the practical session.
You can complete the theory part of the course online and attend a live web seminar with your tutor. Then choose to attend one of the practical hands on sessions to achieve your certification. As you may notice the combined course takes the same time to complete as the traditional 1 day course. When choosing this option, medical professional will save time and money, by completing the theory part of the course with online tests at their own pace. Trainees will receive all the accreditation, resources and support provided to attendees of the traditional botox and dermal fillers courses in London.
It is understandable that some candidates will prefer the traditional method of classroom theory and this option is also available.
