Producing good quality before and after photo is very easy with the current technology in digital cameras.
How to get good botox before and after photos
If possible allocate a chair in a part of the clinic that has good natural light and preferably a white or plain wall if possible. Most new digital cameras with 10 mega pixels will produce adequate photos.
Try NOT to use the flash if possible.
How to take patient before photos for:
Forehead lines with patient raising eyes brows.
Crows feet lines with patient squinting to produce the crows feet lines take a photo of both sides.
Glabellar lines with the patient producing a scrunch to exaggerate the glabellar lines frontal photo.
Also take photos of the lines at rest.
Botox post treatment patient photos
Post treatment photos should also be taken after the injections have been completed with the lines at rest even though the final treatment results are not visible until approximately 7-14 days.
The final photos will be taken at the 2 week follow up were you will see the finished results of the treatment you provided.
Before and after photographs are mandatory as part of your insurance policy.
They also provide invaluable references to review your work plus for in house marketing material with the opportunity for new patients to view the treatment results you have provided.
Always get written permission from your clients to use any photos for promotional and marketing activities.
